The electronic torque wrenches of the series DAZ-T and DAZ-TA prove themselves in various screw connection scenarios. The torque values in the basic version DAZ-T are monitored by LED and a clearly laid out display. The DAZ-T-PRO model provides expanded possibilities.

The DAZ-TA model has an additional sensor for combined torque / rotation angle bolting. Further functions to detect existing screw connections and monitor angle-tightening speed guarantee greater process reliability for almost all types of bolting.

With a total of 15 different measurement methods, the top model of the series, the DAZ-TA-PRO, offers the best possible support for the worker and at the same time the greatest reliability for screw connections.

All torque wrenches of the DAZ series with a 14x 18 mm or Ø 1″ tool drive can be equipped with automatic tool recognition. Further optimization of screw connection processes and handling can be obtained by means of modern data communication (868 MHz or WLAN/Wi-Fi with 2,5 and 5,0 GHz) and an integrated bar code scanner (2-D or barcode).

Use in combination with one of the optionally available Saltus CONTROL software solutions allow for additional optimization, both in terms of documentation reliability and process handling for workers.
